Amado Outdoors was created as an outdoor dining experience to capture the growing demand for such opportunities during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. The restaurant owners were able to purchase the land immediately adjacent the their existing building, and began by adding a few simple garden sheds where a family could dine in isolation. That idea grew into a large outdoor space made up of several open-air gazebos and an outdoor bar, and is now host to an annual jazz festival.
