When our clients for Panther Mountain Camp purchased this property on Upper Saranac Lake, the existing buildings and landscaping were in need of some well deserved care and necessary improvements. We thought about the property holistically and discussed the future improvements to various structures, strategizing on a basic master plan to be implemented over time. The first project would be a complete renovation and addition of the primary dwelling.

The existing cabin was stripped down to the studs to allow for a new thermal envelope, a new roof, and the floor plan was expanded at the ground floor and upper level. Construction is currently in progress.
