This 2,000sf guest house is the newest addition to the property named 'Sunflower Camp' by its original architect, Nils Luderowski. The late, great architect, who had established his own unique Adirondack style, designed the original home, its addition, and boathouse. We worked with the original builder on this design, in an attempt to stay true to the existing architectural style - noted early on as very important to the camp's owners. The end result is loosely based on a sketch Nils had produced as an initial concept and sets the guest house into the slope adjacent to large boulders, which the deck wraps around, so the house is very much integrated into the landscape.
